There was a surge around my home during the night. My fridge and freezer stopped cooling. I called Greg the next morning and he was able to get to my home within a couple of hours. He assessed the problem and provided a quick fix. My fridge was working before noon. You can see Greg is knowledgeable and has extensive experience repairing appliances. There are very good reasons why J&L Appliance Repair is 5-Star rated. Honesty, integrity, on-time, follow-up and I could go on. Jesse and Brandon repaired an 11 year old fridge for me and both guys were absolutely great. First, I knew that I had a broken heating element and the freezer was not defrosting. Brandon was on-time and had it repaired rather quickly. It's actually been broken for quite some time and I'm just now getting it repaired. After the repair was done, the cool side was holding 33 degrees just fine but the freezer would only get down to 18 degrees. So I called J&L back and Jessie came to see me. Here's where absolute honesty and integrity can be proven. Jessie told me that it was low on freon and that also the compressor was not working properly - that it seemed to have a restriction. Now I'm going to be honest here, my first thought was OH YEAH, HERE WE GO - TYPICAL PADDING OF CHARGES!!!!! Well, let me tell everyone... Jessie took off the couplings, vacuumed the system, soldiered new fittings and filled the unit with freon. NO CHARGE!!!!! He said hey, sometimes there's more than one thing going on but they always do right by the customer. I believe it!!!! I'm a customer for life thanks to Brandon and Jessie.

The repair technician Jesse was very professional. He fixed our ice problem in our freezer really quickly. He was on time and gave good quality work. We will definitely recommend your services to others and will contact you if we need more services.

Jesse did a great job. Thought the ice maker was bad but turned out to be a bimetal switch behind the freezer condenser. I never could have fixed that myself. Lots of ice now.

My refrigerator is NOT cooling, only the freezer is working. They changed out the fan today and now I have these error codes: E on refrigerator & rF on freezer. I need someone to come fix this ASAP.

The first technician did his best but failed to properly reassemble the freezer draw. The second technician was much more proficient but I feel lacked skill customer interaction. The scheduling and overall experience of this service needs improvement.
