Bought a LG refrigerator in 2020. Was told it was brand new scratch and dent. Need less to say after the delivery and set up. Ice despenser wasn't working someone came out did adjustment. It started making a minimal amount of ice. A year after warranty, still a few cubes and making a buzzing sound. The owner charged me $80 to come out and check, adjusted something in the back said it was fine. Not even a year after,woke up to freezer contents completely defrosted and upper refrigerator barely cool. He sent a guy out,only for them to tell me the compressor and a small computer isn'tworking. His solution was to pack the contents and bring to his store,until someone could come out on Monday to assess the repairs and cost,which would've been the price of a brand new fridge. I lost 2 construction bags of groceries. Had to purchase a brand new refrigerator that same Saturday. Basically I was sold a used refrigerator that he claimed was brand new. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from there ever. That 1000.00 purchase could've been made at a more reputable appliance store. Had he been truthful. So much for me supporting local businesses.

I purchased a used Frigidaire Dec 2022 and just 3 days after my warranty ran out it started not working. I called in a panic (I had over $1,000 worth of food in there) and was told someone would be at my house around 3pm. I called again at 4 and the owner said "sorry I forgot I'll come now". Their only about 20 minutes away, but it took him until after 6 to arrive. I had already given him serial number and pics of thermostat, etc so he could bring proper tools. He said it was coolant so when he was done and $85.00 later he told me that should do it. Well I went to bed around midnight and it still wasn't working and by this time all the food had dethawed and become ruined. I called him the next morning and told him it still wasn't working which he then said he had 1in the showroom freezer but he said it was larger. The one I bought was the largest we could fit. Anyway I went in to look at what he had and explained to his wife why I was there. The owner then came out with a grin and said so how are you. I stated "Well, I'm not a very happy right now" after I said that he became loud, rude and disrespectdul. He actually had the nerve to say I was being irratic, rude and disrespectful to him. I chuckled and he kept going on about my rudeness. He told me he couldn't do business with me anymore and that originally he was going to give me the money back for the freezer because he felt bad since the warranty had just expired. Then said but now because of my attitude he wasn't doing anything for me. I laughed in his face, called him a liar and told him I would make sure I told everybody I could about what type of person he was and what type of establishment he ran. With all this said, I just wish I would have done research on this place instead of just a word of mouth referral. I definitely would never return there and if you want to save time, Sanity and your money for a long term investment spend the extra money somewhere else.

We have been dealing with this family run store for many years. We have purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer from this store. All of these appliances have worked without issue. We trust that the owner is an honest person and that he will stand behind the products he sells. Very friendly, great prices and no high pressure sales. Checking out their chest freezers this weekend.
