Freezer couldn't be fixed but repairman was on time. Checked everything out and was very open about what was wrong. Ordered a new one today different brand and got a service contract this time.

I called for service for a frozen freezer drain that caused water to leak onto our kitchen floor. J&B responded quickly and got me a convenient appt within several days. (This wasn’t an emergency). Chris was the technician sent to perform the repair. Before arriving at our house, Chris called me twice to let me know his ETA. He was excellent…quoted me the full price up front and then explained the problem and how he was going to fix it. Chris was friendly, efficient and professional and was finished in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend this company based on this experience. Thank you!

My Kitchen Aid dishwasher needed a replacement part. The repair service linked to Kitchen Aid’s website put me on hold for 40 minutes, offered me a diagnostic appointment in 2 and a half weeks, and declined to tell me WHERE the repairman they would send was based😠 On a much better note, J & B offered me a next day appointment and, I know they are based one town over😊. Joel called before he arrived, listened to my issues, ordered a new part and promised to be back after the holiday weekend to install the part. And he was and did! Pleasant and respectful AND he listened to my story about needing a dead freezer emptied of Freon before I could get it hauled away. He made two phone calls and lined up an appointment for one of his colleagues to come out and do the work the same day HE was returning so that I only needed to stay home one afternoon to get both jobs done! Maybe a few dollars more than others, but the precision, convenience, and reliability is worth every penny.

The J&B rep was here on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a reasonable price to fix it. They came back next day to complete the repairs. The technician was friendly and completed the work quickly. The refrigerator/freezer works like new again. Highly recommend!!
